What is the difference between Cold Pressed Juice and Fibre Smoothie?
Sunrise Spark and Ruby Revive are light, refreshing Cold Pressed Juices. Clarity Flow, Pure Cleanse, Golden Bloom and Radiance Elixir are thicker Fibre Smoothies made with blended fruits, so natural fruit fibre remains in the drink.

How do I thaw JOMZ?
Plan ahead: thaw the sealed bottles you need in the refrigerator at 0-4 degrees C until fully thawed. For a quicker option, keep the bottle sealed in a leak-proof bag and place it in cold drinking water. Keep the water cold and replace it every 30 minutes. Around 40 minutes is an estimate, not a guarantee; colder water and different blends may take longer. Drink promptly after thawing. Do not thaw on the counter, use hot water or microwave the can. Shake well before opening and drink promptly once opened. Do not refreeze after thawing.
How should I store JOMZ bottles?
Keep bottles frozen at -18 degrees C or colder. Leave future-day bottles in the freezer. Plan ahead: thaw the sealed bottles you need in the refrigerator at 0-4 degrees C until fully thawed. Keep thawed, unopened bottles refrigerated at 0-4 degrees C until you are ready to drink. Do not leave the day's A-F set on a desk or kitchen counter. Shake well before opening and drink promptly once opened. Do not refreeze after thawing. For travel, use an insulated bag with enough frozen ice packs to keep bottles at 0-4 degrees C, then refrigerate on arrival. Keep drinking water alongside your routine. Discard bottles left without refrigeration or effective ice-pack cooling for more than 2 hours, or 1 hour when the temperature is above 32 degrees C. This time includes handling before opening, not just time after opening.
What if I miss the suggested drinking time?
The times are a guide, not a strict deadline. Continue with the next bottle when you are ready and keep the A-F order. Keep any unopened bottle cold and follow the storage guidance.
